TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — Police arrested a woman accused of faking her employment to receive a discount at a car dealership.

Tupelo police identified the woman as Arianna Wade, 23, of Tupelo.

She allegedly went to Carlock Toyota and handed over false documentation, claiming she worked at the Toyota plant in Blue Springs, to get an employee discount while buying a vehicle.

Investigators learned Wade never worked at the plant, arrested her and charged her with felony false pretense.

She received a $5,000 bond, and a Lee County grand jury will hear the case soon.
