Woman accused of stabbing boyfriend with hand file tool

LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) – A woman was arrested Sunday following a domestic disturbance call.

The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office reports that 38-year-old Eudalia Perez was arrested after allegedly firing a handgun at her boyfriend and stabbing him with a hand file tool.

Authorities said he was not struck by gunfire. However, he did have minor injuries from the tool.

Perez is charged with one count of aggravated domestic violence and has a bond of $50,000.

The sheriff’s office said Perez also has an active hold with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The incident took place on County Road 286.
