Former school superintendent found guilty of murdering wife

KOSCIUSKO, Miss. (WTVA) — A jury found a former school superintendent guilty of murdering his wife.

Bryan Weaver was found guilty of first-degree murder on Thursday afternoon, Attala County Sheriff Curtis Pope confirmed.

He was indicted for first-degree murder in the August 2023 death of his wife, Tracy Weaver.

A judge sentenced him to life in prison without parole.
