Zarubezhneft / nestro.ru    Britain on Thursday (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-uk-sanctions-hit-the-money-oil-and-supply-chains-fuelling-russias-war)  announced  sanctions targeting 38 Russian energy companies, shadow fleet oil tankers and financial networks that allegedly fuel Russia’s war effort.  “The message is simple: if you help Russia fund or equip this war, you will face the consequences,” the Foreign Office said in a statement.  London added 17 entities and individuals supplying high-priority goods to Russia, including importers of machine tools and electronics key to the country’s ballistic missile and drone capabilities.  One of the sanctioned individuals is Dutch national Alexander Jan Hendrik Tattersall, who is allegedly associated with the sanctioned Turkish trader Redwing Metal.  Britain sanctioned two Russian energy producers, saying the restrictions now cover more than 90% of Russia’s total oil production capacity.
