GUNTOWN, Miss. (WTVA) – A company said everyone is safe following a fire on Wednesday.

The fire broke out Wednesday afternoon at West Fraser along Highway 145.

West Fraser released a statement Thursday saying that the fire was contained to a limited area in the facility.

The company said they are looking into why the fire occurred.

West Fraser thanked the firefighters and emergency personnel who responded.
