Annunciation Catholic School sixth-grader Keelynn Clapper, left, and first-grader Adeline Dye place pinwheels in the ACS front garden Sept. 24 during the school’s 14th Pinwheels for Peace ceremony. Recognizing the International Day of Peace, 203 students made pinwheels to place in the garden, decorating them with either written thoughts or pictures about peace, love and living in harmony with others.
