DOCUMENT: Florida Pantless passenger, 46, allegedly pleasured self en route to Miami View Document Mile-High Rub Mile-High Rub Mile-High Rub SEPTEMBER 28--A Maryland bartender who allegedly took off her pants and began masturbating on an American Airlines flight en route to Miami told police that she had consumed several drinks before boarding the aircraft and could not recall what occurred during the trip “because she fell asleep,” according to an incident report. Police at Miami International Airport were dispatched earlier this month to meet a plane arriving around 11 PM from Baltimore “in reference a female causing a disturbance on inbound flight.” Flight attendant Gabriel Barrero told cops that he was approached 20 minutes into the flight by a 61-year-old male passenger who reported that the woman in Seat 9D had removed her pants and “began to actively masturbate while making inappropriate sounds.” Barrero said that he approached the woman--who was subsequently identified as 46-year-old Katy Inzer--and “instructed her to put her pants back on.” Inzer, Barrero added, complied “without further incident” and eventually fell asleep for the remainder of the flight. The male passenger, Alexander Pichardo, provided cops with a written statement corroborating Barrero’s account of the September 11 in-flight events. During a police interview, Inzer (pictured above) had “a strong odor of alcohol beverage and she had blood shot eyes,” the report states. Inzer said that her departure from Baltimore had been delayed two hours “and as a result, she had several drinks before boarding the flight.” As for the alleged high-altitude masturbation, “Ms. Inzer stated that she does not remember what occurred during flight because she fell asleep.” Since the incident occurred in-flight, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office made the jurisdictional determination that it was a matter for the FBI to handle and forwarded its report to a bureau agent. A copy of the incident report was provided to TSG in response to an open records request. The status of the FBI inquiry is unclear, though no charges appear to have been filed against Inzer, who works at a bar & grill on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. In a Facebook post two days after the airplane incident, Inzer, a divorced mother of several adult children, posted photos from her Sunshine State vacation with the caption “God gives us tiny love letters called clouds, flowers, and rain.” Reached by phone today, Inzer declined to speak with TSG.
