The children and 40-year-old woman and 41-year-old woman were in the Kelly Park Playground in Homecrest when the tree came crashing down on them around 5:30 p.m., police said. Miraculously, all four were left with minor injuries. The baby suffered a cut to his cheek, the little girl was left with a broken arm, the 40-year-old woman had a head and wrist injury and and the 41-year-old hurt her head. They were taken by medics to Maimonides Medical Center. A hungry seagull swooped down to catch fish swimming along a Far Rockaway street flooded by the powerful weekend nor'easter, video taken by The Post shows. The seagull's dive, however, appeared unsuccessful as the shorebird's feet were empty as it lofted back above the water.  The fishing expedition unfolded Sunday as water inundated Beach 84th Street and Beach Channel Drive. The flood not only brought schools of bait fish onto what's normally dry land, but also prehistoric-looking horseshoe crabs. Garbage cans, space heaters and other human-made debris were also swept up by the deluge. "I mean, there's horseshoe crabs all the way here up to Broad Channel Drive,'' said rubber-boot-wearing off-duty Officer Matt Langdon, 48, standing in the water pooled outside his Beach 84th Street house in Queens.  "I moved here to Far Rockaway when I was 10, and this is the worst it's been since Sandy." "Our crawl space is flooded up to the joists. At its highest, it was coming up to my thigh, it was two-and-a-half-feet deep at my house. My kids are stuck in the house,'' the cop said. As sea water rose over the streets, Langdon did his neighborly best to try to save the 84th Street community garden, pulling up jalapenos, bell peppers, arugula and tomatoes.
