Israeli forces carried out a large-scale invasion at dawn Thursday, targeting three communities south of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank. Soldiers broke into homes, conducted field interrogations, abducted three Palestinians, assaulted other residents, and detained several people for hours.

Local sources said Israeli troops invaded the town of Qabatia, broke into numerous homes, and converted one of them into a military post. Soldiers detained several residents, subjected them to field interrogations, and released them later in the morning before withdrawing from the town.

Residents reported finding a young man unconscious after Israeli soldiers severely beat him. He was transferred to a hospital for treatment after the army withdrew.

In the nearby village of Misilya, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinians — Essam Rasem Abu ar-Rob, Khaled Farouq Abu ar-Rob, and Hani Abu ar-Rob — before withdrawing from the area.

Troops also invaded the town of Ajjah, broke into a home, searched it, and caused extensive damage to its contents.

The incidents in Jenin were part of extensive invasions across the occupied West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, breaking into homes, abducting Palestinians, damaging property, and subjecting residents to prolonged field interrogations.

In related news, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out an arson attack at dawn Friday, partially burning three Palestinian vehicles and spray-painting racist slogans in Rantis village, west of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.

The invasions involved home break-ins, temporary detentions, field interrogations, the abduction of three Palestinians, and extensive property damage across the three Jenin-area communities.
