SHANNON, Miss. (WTVA) – A business expansion in Lee County will generate 70 new jobs.Raybern Foods in Shannon is investing more than $7 million in adding new sandwich lines, an announcement revealed on Wednesday.Raybern produces heat-and-serve deli-style sandwiches and was founded in California in 1978. It expanded to Shannon in 2015.“Raybern Foods has been a valued part of Lee County for many years, and we’re excited to see them continue to grow here in Shannon.
