He did not provide any details about the victims or say where the attack took place. The facility has been targeted multiple times throughout the war. In the southwestern Belgorod region, acting Governor Alexander Shuvayev (https://t.me/aleksandr_shuvaev/1817)  said  11 civilians had been injured in cross-border drone and artillery attacks over the past 24 hours.  Russia’s Defense Ministry said it intercepted 297 Ukrainian drones across Russia and annexed Crimea between Monday night and Tuesday morning.  Meanwhile, in Ukraine, officials reported that at least five people, including a three-year-old child, were killed in Russian attacks throughout multiple regions.
