One such case listed involved Thompson as the defendant.\n\n\n\nSchlicher told Page Six that the court\u2019s findings and Evans\u2019 litigation record \u201cspeak for themselves.\u201d\n\n\n\nIn his lawsuit against Thompson in Broward County, Evans alleged that the comedian sent him unsolicited footage of himself engaging in oral sex with a person back in 2022 or 2023.\n\n\n\nEvans stated that he was \u201cshocked, disturbed and offended\u201d by the video.\n\n\n\nPer the docs, Evans claimed Thompson convinced him to sign a settlement agreement in 2024, which he now wants dismissed on the grounds that \u201cat the time it was executed, [Evans] lacked the mental capacity necessary to knowingly and voluntarily enter into a binding contract\u201d due to suffering from \u201csevere psychiatric injuries sustained\u201d following the Maui wildfires in 2023.\n\n\n\nA United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida called Evans a \u201cvexatious litigant\u201d who had filed \u201cno fewer than fifteen pro se cases in this District since 2025, all of which appear frivolous,\u201d in a Sept. 4 filing.
