In that filing, a United States District Judge declared that Evans had filed “no fewer than fifteen pro se cases in this District since 2025, all of which appear frivolous. One such case listed involved Thompson as the defendant. Schlicher told Page Six that the court’s findings and Evans’ litigation record “speak for themselves.” In his lawsuit against Thompson in Broward County, Evans alleged that the comedian sent him unsolicited footage of himself engaging in oral sex with a person back in 2022 or 2023. Evans stated that he was “shocked, disturbed and offended” by the video. Per the docs, Evans claimed Thompson convinced him to sign a settlement agreement in 2024, which he now wants dismissed on the grounds that “at the time it was executed, [Evans] lacked the mental capacity necessary to knowingly and voluntarily enter into a binding contract” due to suffering from “severe psychiatric injuries sustained” following the Maui wildfires in 2023.
