                    "Joe Rogan pulled no punches this week in hammering Trump voters, of whom he was one in 2024, calling them \u201crabid\u201d and \u201cf*cking nuts.\u201d\nIn a lengthy conversation with fellow comedian Ron White, the two discussed the MAGA backlash to country music star Jelly Roll, who made some cracks about President Donald Trump while guest-hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live in late August.\n\u201cBut, you know, if you know Jelly Roll, he\u2019s a great guy. It\u2019s just that kind of monologue, stand-up stuff. It is funny seeing all the different times Trump called people fat, though,\u201d Rogan said, adding, \u201cThat is f*cking hilarious.\u201d\n\u201cBut you know, Trump supporters are f*cking nuts, man. They\u2019re rabid. He represents something other than just a person to them,\u201d Rogan added.\nRogan famously sat down with Trump during the 2024 campaign, but did not end up doing an interview with his opponent Kamala Harris. Trump\u2019s inroads with the so-called podcaster \u201cmanosphere\u201d were widely credited with helping Trump reach young men and running up his margin over Harris.\n\u201cOh, it\u2019s a Christ,\u201d White agreed.\n\u201cYeah. Well, he represents something, some, a leader that they wish they had, you know?\u201d Rogan continued.\n\u201cYeah,\u201d White agreed.\n\u201cWhich is a real problem in our society in general with leaders. We look to them as if there\u2019s something different than every other person that\u2019s ever been a leader before. Like, this is the one. This is the one that\u2019s going to save us,\u201d Rogan argued.\n\u201cRight. And you know what? Some people are hopeless, and there\u2019s anybody that says, well, I\u2019ll give you hope,\u201d White replied, adding:\nAnd then, you know, what are you going to do? You know, if you\u2019re going to\u2026 I\u2019ve told people, I\u2019ve said this more than once, that in back when, that if you really want to improve your lot in life and you don\u2019t really have anything, you don\u2019t really have an education, you should be Bernie f*cking Sanders, you know, who\u2019s your guy.\nBecause he wants to get the minimum wage up. You think somebody\u2019s going to come in and hand you a bunch of loot.
