After a judge ruled that changing the building\u2019s name to include Trump required congressional approval, the president\u2019s appointed board has argued that the building\u2019s survival hinged on keeping his name on its facade.Trump responded to the closure in a social media post, writing that the board voted to close the venue for \u201csafety reasons\u201d.
