Shocking video footage showed the moment a woman launched a vicious, unprovoked attack on an unsuspecting Jewish man as she beat him with a cellphone at a Florida Target.

Chyvonne Palmer, 43, was arrested on August 2 after she allegedly attacked a teen who was wearing a yarmulke at the retail store in North Miami Beach, according to an arrest report.

Surveillance footage showed the teen sitting at a Starbucks within the Target when Palmer appeared to walk behind him and struck him with her phone.

According to the arrest report, 'she repeatedly shouted, "I hate them."'

Palmer could be seen retreating for a moment before grabbing a steel chair, forcing the victim to flee the area.

Bystanders intervened and stopped Palmer from allegedly striking the teen, while another witness directed him to a bathroom, according to the report.

Footage showed the alleged attacker followed the teen out of the cafe for a moment and then returned to a table as if nothing had happened.

The victim, who did not want to be identified, told Local 10 News that Palmer struck him with a black cellphone that was the size of half a brick.
