STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) – A winning lottery ticket was sold in Oktibbeha County. A Starkville player won $30,000 in a scratch-off ticket, which the Mississippi Lottery said was a top prize on a three-dollar “Bingo Night” jackpot ticket.The winning ticket was bought at the Sprint Mart number 4140 near the Starkville airport. That is off Highway 12.Mississippi Lottery officials said the winner is a longtime fan of crossword-style scratch-offs and added that it is the only type of game that they play.Copyright 2026 WTVA.
