                    "Man found dead after drive-by shooting in West Point\t\n\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t\t\u00a0 \u2022 1 min to read\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\n\n\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\tWEST POINT \u2013 An alleged drive-by shooting Tuesday left one man dead and sent another victim to the hospital, Police Chief Michael Edwards told The Dispatch.\nOfficers responded at about 9 p.m. Tuesday to a 911 call reporting shots fired on Meadowbrook Circle. At the scene, officers found a 23-year-old man dead in the driver\u2019s seat of his car.\nClay County Coroner Alvin Carter identified the victim as Kolby Gann and said he died from an apparent gunshot wound.\nInvestigators believe the gunshots stemmed from a drive-by shooting, Carter said, but it\u2019s unknown at this time if Gann was the intended target or a bystander.\nAnother victim was shot during the incident and taken to North Mississippi Medical Center to be treated for a non-life-threatening injury, Edwards said.\nNo arrests have been made in connection to the shooting.
